This software will not work with a Mac operating system. If you use a Mac and have Windows installed you will be able to use the software.

For the highest recognition results (accuracy) Dragon requires a high-quality dictation microphone. If you are unsure if your microphone is compatible call our team on 01932 789433 opt 1.

Following purchase, a welcome email with login details and an installation guide will be sent within 24 working hours. Users will have access to an Account Manager who will do their initial training and set up, and help them with any further queries and training as needed.

For organisations, if this package has been purchased on behalf of a staff member who subsequently leaves the company, the licence may be transferred to another user free of charge.
