The DigiWeb Traditional Transcription platform is designed to provide transcriptionists with simple, fast access to their worklists and tools:

How DigiWeb’s Fast Transcription + AI Assistant tools work? 

Fast Transcription
Transcriptionists open a job within the DigiWeb platform and click the Fast Transcription button. The dictated audio file is automatically converted into a block of text, ready for review. From there, they can either manually edit and finalise the document, or use the AI Assistant… 

AI Assistant
Transcriptionists can then use their custom AI Buttons to add grammar, punctuation and structure to the text. With a single click, the content is formatted into a pre-set document template, ready to be reviewed, finalised and delivered. 

How easy is it to switch over to DigiWeb? 

Switching your existing Digital Dictation platform over to DigiWeb is simple and straightforward, using Crescendo’s proven four-stage transition plan: 

1. Stop new dictations going on the existing system
   The existing dictation software is removed from author PCs, and all new dictations are created in DigiWeb. 
2. Clear outstanding dictations from the existing system
   Transcriptionists clear any remaining jobs in the legacy system. If preferred, Crescendo can migrate these jobs into DigiWeb on your behalf for an additional charge. 
3. Remove legacy transcription software
   Once all outstanding work is complete, the old transcription software is removed from transcription PCs. 
4. Fully live on DigiWeb
   Your organisation is fully switched over to DigiWeb.
