Unlike other Speech Recognition solutions, Dragon Medical One requires no voice profile training. Users have a single cloud-based profile which is auto-established from first use, powered by AI algorithms and a first-class medical vocabulary.
Easy to install and update
With new 1-Click technology users can be set up and ready to go in under five minutes. Dragon Medical One has automatic updates and does not require admin rights so less reliance on IT Teams. Clinicians can quickly download DMO to PCs on different desks or sites.
PowerMic Mobile App
The PowerMic Mobile App allows you to use your smart phone as a microphone for your dictation. Perfect for people who hot desk or switch between sites. Available at an additional cost.
Reporting and analytics
Thanks to the Nuance management portal, management are able to see full usage data of the software from across their organisation. Reporting that can be provided includes how much time is being spent on the software, how much time is being saved, how much money is being saved, users that aren’t utilising the software, users that are super users and more.

This software will not work with a Mac operating system. If you use a Mac and have Windows installed you will be able to use the software. Alternatively you can purchase Crescendo’s DMO for Mac.
This is an annual subscription, by purchasing the software you will get a 12 month license. Following the 12 months you will have to resubscribe or the license will be revoked.
Following purchase you will receive a welcome email with your login and an installation guide within 24 working hours.
We would suggest new users of Dragon to also purchase at least 30 minutes of training to get the best results from the software.
